Welcome to the Library/Media Center

A virtual learning site for Baldwyn Elementary School
Librarian – April McCreary

mccrearya@baldwynschools.com

The mission of the Baldwyn School District Library/Media Program is to provide a collection of resources and information that will satisfy the educational needs and interests of students and staff in a setting where students can develop the skills they need to analyze, evaluate, interpret, and communicate information and ideas.

During our weekly visits, we learn about the library, great books to read, webtools for learning, how to access and use information, research and note-taking, and so much more! We check out books, keep reading records of the books we read, and earn rewards for reading books during the year. We learn how to access information on the internet safely, and use our Library website 24/7 to extend what we are learning in our classrooms and in the library. Join us here online!
