2020-2021 Back to School Registration Information
At this time registration plans for Back to School is still underway. Returning students will not have to provide proofs of residency this year unless their address has changed. However, all new students will need two proofs of residency and should call now to make an appointment with the appropriate school to begin registration. Traditional and online learning will be options for enrolling in Baldwyn School District this year. Please see contact information below. Also see list below of acceptable proofs of residency.
NOTE: Kindergarten and seventh grade students must have an Immunization Compliance 121 form also for proof of vaccines.
Lunch forms will be completed ONLINE this year. The instructions will be released as soon as the new online registration is ready for processing.
Proofs of residency include: STUDENTS LIVING WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIAN The parent or legal guardian of a student seeking to enroll must provide the school district with at least two of the items numbered (1) through (9) below as verification of their address, except that any document with a post office box as an address will not be accepted. (1) Filed Homestead Exemption Application form; (2) Mortgage Documents or property deed; (3) Apartment or home lease; (4)Utility bills; (5)Driver's license (6)Voter precinct identification; (7)Automobile registration; (8)Affidavit and/or personal visit by a designated school district official; (8)Any other documentation that will objectively and unequivocally establish that the parent or guardian resides within the school district; and, in the case of a student living with a legal guardian who is a bona fide resident of the school district; (9)Certified copy of filed petition for guardianship if pending and final decree when granted.
